Rateable Values are reviewed every five years by the Valuation Office of the Inland Revenue. The last Revaluation took place in 2010. The revaluation in 2015 was postponed until April 2017.

Draft rateable values have now been published and are available to view on the Valuation Office website www.voa.gov.uk.
